Founded in 2016, we are a new company with a big and innovative idea- that Homes Service providers should be recognized for excellence in their field and that potential customers can benefit from this knowledge. American Institute is an impartial third-party rating organization comprised of eight separate divisions. The American Institute Homes Service providers recognizes excellence of practitioners in the field. We compile an exclusive list of the “10 Best” Homes Service providers for each State. This is a prestigious honor for the Homes Service provider as each practitioner must:
• Be formally nominated by the board, customers, and/or a fellow Homes Service provider;
• Have attained the highest degree of professional achievement in his or her field; and
• Having done so with an impeccable customers Satisfaction rating.
Many Homes Service providers can achieve high degrees of success but this is often times at the expense or satisfaction of the most important person in the case- the customers. American Institute of Homes Service providers looks for Homes Service providers that have achieved unparalleled success but most importantly have done so for the benefit of their customer. Our rating system helps customers throughout the United States make educated decisions when it comes to choosing their Homes Service providers.
